Love the food. Love the off-beat soda selections. Love the new location. :)
You have to take the time to get to know Mitch. He's not from around here, he's a very busy man, and his sandwiches are his babies. He doesn't always have time to hold your hand when you go there to eat. The man very nearly catches the tuna himself every day.
Speaking of which, try the tuna if you can. It sells out like a Steeler game. When it's gone I get a chicken parm. Yummy. :D
Pros: Everything is fresh and delicious.
Cons: Get it fast. When the bread's gone they're closed.
I've been eating at this place since it opened, and I strongly recommend you check out their deli, featuring giant pickles and fantastic homemade macaroni salad, and the under-appreciated steak and chicken salads, which are topped with roasted redskin potatoes (yum!). This place isn't just great sandwiches.
Pros: Huge, inexpensive, tasty ssandwiches.
Cons: No delivery.
The owner is not polite at all to the customers he needs to learn to deal with customers with a better attitude, the food is nothing to rave about either. not a very friendly atmosphere. would not recommend eating at this restaurant.
Cons: not treated well as a customer
the place is new and improved....so it's been given a second chance....
just like life....giving the "new and improved a second chance"
it's also a great place to get engaged......again! ;)
Pros: worth the trip......DEFINITELY! (think "road trip" and that "someone special")
