every time we go here, our car is there for at least a week, last time, a new transmission took 11 days. They were 1000 dollars cheaper than other places, but the purpose of fixing the car was because we needed it. He never even said he was backed up or anything. On another occasion my husband went over at 1pm and they were to put a ac pump in, he came home at 8pm and it still didn't even work, he had to go back up another time.
