I was yelled at over the phone by one of the salesman while I was trying to cut a deal cause he was unwilling to lower the price a few hundred dollars on a $10k bike. The salesman treated me like crap and I will never go back because of it. He was VERY knowledgeble and helpful. He wasn't pushy like some salesmen are, but took time to explain certain aspects of buying a bike that would be right for us. The shop itself is quite large, and they had a great selection of everything. We like going here even if it's just to browse.</p> M.
