This is why I should just call Office Max from the get go. I want a person to answer the phone. Hell, if the phone does get picked up by a computer I just want to type the department I want. I don't want to hear store hours and then location and then specials on copying and then deals, and then yadda yadda yadda. I had a simple question about what you may have in your store, but I don't have the time to waste on that. Office Max picked up on the 2nd ring!!!! Guess who gets my business????

...However I would strongly recommend buying stuff online or on Ebay. The same envelopes that cost 5$ for 25 will cost 5$ for 100 online. If you're in a hurry its ok to shop here, but if you have time to wait, get it elsewhere.

I have printing and copying jobs all the time and used to bring them to this store despite the fact that I always ended up waiting much longer than I should. The last time I went in there, it was to get five pages printed out. They said I had to wait until they were finished all of their other huge jobs. They wanted me to fill out a full-page order sheet, leave my materials, and come back in a few hours to pick my order up. All of this while workers stood around biting their nails, not doing anything. And it wasn't just a bad employee that told me this, it was the manager. They were too expensive anyway. I wouldn't recommend their copy center to anyone!
