Good concept, but poor execution. My bartender was NOT helpful at all. While I understand that remembering 120+ rotating wines is not easy, there should be some more knowledge of them other than what it says on the bottle. (i.e., I asked if a certain wine--this one happened to be produced in Pennsylvania--was oaky, he didn't know, nor did he know the region in which was produced.) A brief description would have been nice, as would more eclectic wines.
The food was good, but not spectacular, and the service was slooooooow. But the restaurant itself is beautiful (ask to be seated in the wine cellar--quieter and more romantic), and the people were nice.
Pros: wine cellar, vast selection
Cons: noisy, bartender
