We bought a van there a week ago and it had a crack in the windshield which they said they would fix. My wife dropped off the van and told it would be about 45 minutes. They asked her if she wanted a ride to the mall so she did not have to wait at the dealership and they would call her when it was finished. Two hours later she called and is told the window is drying and they will send someone to get her. After 30 more minutes she called and was told the person was on their lunch break and would be over when they got back. She had to wait another hour before she was finally picked up. Needless to say we will never be back to Dean Patterson for anything. Their customer service is awful and they were total unapologetic about the situation.

Poor, Poor, Poor Service....
What does quality assurance mean to Dean Patterson Chevrolet? Well let me tell you my story. My truck, sold by Dean Patterson, a 2006 Silverado 1500 Southern Comfort Edition, average price of $40000, now has 17500 miles. The GM 3 year/36000 mile warranty will run out July 31st 2010. The vehicle developed an exhaust leak and will not be covered by Dean Patterson Chevrolet because Southern Comfort, a conversion company hired by Dean Patterson and other dealers, went out of business. Now Dean Patterson refuses to honor the warranty because they will not be compensated by Southern Comfort. Anybody else with this same unresolved problem, please contact me at CorrectionsK9 @ aol regarding legal action.??

Pros: none

Cons: everything

I would rather buy a good pair of shoes and walk everywhere than buy another car at this dealership. The management team is so bad that I would fire them instantly if I owned the dealership. These guys can cost the dealership a lot of business.
I went into the dealership on a Saturday morning at 9:45 to find an empty showroom when they opened for business at 9:00. I called the dealership 3 times from my cell phone while standing in the showroom and nobody answered. after 10 minutes of walking around in the showroom yelling "HELLO" I got frustrated and began blowing the horn in the showroom. Someone came out and told me that everyone was in a sales meeting and I would have to wait another 15-20 minutes???? Who taught them that meetings are more important than customers?
When I experienced severe safety issues that required my vehicle to be repurchased by GM, the dealership was not willing to help me in any way.
When it was time to finally get rid of my problem, the dealership took the stand that since they were not making money on the deal and that man hours would be spent, they refused to do the paperwork and told me to find another dealership to do the paperwork.

If you think this is good customer service then you should buy here. If you agree with me that this is offensive customer service...use your own instincts. I know that I will never buy there again.

CAN YOU IMAGINE ANY DEALERSHIP TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IN TODAY'S ECONOMY?

My nightmare has been going on for 11 months and I have purchased a new Mustang for my wife and a new Honda Pilot for myself. I needed something to drive for work and I purchased both from another dealer. I hope these guys experience the same service at the unemployment office!(Just my personal opinion)

EVERYTHING WRITTEN HERE IS BASED UPON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AND YOU SHOULD USE YOUR JUDGEMENT WHEN PURCHASING A CAR!!!

I dropped my car off at the Dean Patterson Repair Center and they where so great. They where honest about everything and called me as soon as my car was finished. They even made sure i had a ride when i dropped my car off because it was going to be awhile.
