I cannot recommed this practice. Strike 1: our cat, Tiger, became gravely ill, dehydrated and jaundiced. We were advised by Dr. Wenger (the older one - now retired) that he was in liver failure, and without expensive testing they could not determine why. They felt that we should either have Tiger put to sleep or take him home to die. I took him home, but NOT to die! Over the space of a few months, I painstakingly nursed Tiger back to health and he is a VERY healthy, happy cat today, about 5 years later! Strike 2: Our husky-shepherd mix was about 15 years old when she had a stroke. She was able to come home after a few days, but had a 2nd catasrophic stroke one week later. We took her to Dr. Wenger for what we knew to be the inevitable. As the doc administered the shot Keiko began thrashing and howling - absolutely one of the WORST and most traumatic experiences ever! My 11 year old son was with me and witnessed this horrible death. I was beside myself with grief and begged the doctor to do something, and was told very nonchalantly that "well, this just happens sometimes - don't worry, she's not in pain (not in pain????)". After which the doc simply walked out. He was incredibly insensitive to both my son and myself. Strike 3: 9 months later we adopted another Shepherd mix. After a few months, he became ill with constant severe diarreah. The doctors were unable to correctly diagnose him. After doing some research on my own, I found what I believed could possibly be the problem, and took the info in to discuss with the doc. My suggestion was completely ignored, and I was made to feel stupid and assuming for researching on my own. We continued to have daily accidents in the house, and went through literally thousands of dollars in office fees, medications that didn't work, and special foods that didn't work, only to be continuously told they could not figure out what was wrong. Finally, Sisko dropped to 45 pounds (after 9 months of varrying "diagnoses" and "treatments"), and collapsed. At that point we were advised to go to a specialist, who almost immediately diagnosed the EXACT ILLNESS THAT I HAD TRIED TO DISCUSS WITH THESE DOCS about 6 months earlier (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency)!! We began treatment, and now, 2 years later, we have another happy, healthy pet and a new vet practice (Peaceable Kingdom). When I think of this practice, I feel nothing but grief and disappointment.

We are new to the area and we had a appointment, and we were running a few minutes late. When we called they told us to reschedule our appointment and were very rude to me and When I spoke with the doctor and I told him that the girl was very rude he said " my staff Is good that I must have taken it the wrong way" NO Doctor you need to teach your staff to be respectful, If that happened at the 6 doctor practice I worked at for over 8yrs she would have been FIRED!!! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT DOC!! Never put the customer down DOC!!! and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can NOT TO GO TO YOUR CLINIC

My parents take their pets here, and even though I live almost 2 hours away, I bring my dog here. They are so nice and caring and give great care. And you can't beat the prices they charge! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

If friendly service matters to you, go here! They are always friendly & helpful. My family has used this vet's office for as long as I can remember & now my husband & I use them also. The building could use a little updating, but you can't beat the service & the people are so friendly to the animals! I reccomend this vet to anyone!
