While it is true that there are numerous amenities here they are all located at the perm. side of the campground and those of us who enjoy traveling seem to be an after thought here. The spaces for the travelers exist in a field facing a housing plan while the perm. side is gated and happily nestled among the trees. You feel segregated as though you have some kind of germs that the perm. "campers" may catch from the decks or porches. Please feel free to enjoy the campground but don't get "too comfortable". The sites share hookups so the question here is do you want to be the one to run your hose and electric through somebody else's site in order to reach your "full hook ups" or do you want to be the site that has the hose and electric line run through it. Be careful how you answer that question because either way your either buying extensions or tripping between your rv and the campfire because the fire rings are located beyond the hook ups.
While some staff members can be extremely nice, our experience here was ruined completely by a staff member who spoke down to us and had the ability to treat grown adults like they were two years old. There is not any way in the entire world I would return here. If I wanted to view houses and worry about tripping over extension cords while camping the next time I will save myself the time and effort of traveling and utilize the driveway that I own.

This is a great place for family camping. You can camp in a tent for a weekend, or you can put a camper in permanantly. They have a swimming pool, arcade, and a little general store. They also have concerts and other events throughout the summer in the large pavilion.
