I don't think the people there are rude - it's just VERY hard to track down someone who can help you . Nobody who works here seems interested in making your shopping experience better, adn in such a huge store you really need that. And also it's quite difficult to a) return anything or b) find a cart

Rude people. omplained to store manager with no satisfaction. Sent guy to my house, blocked my driveway, spent one minute talkingb to me and left.Unprofessional. Tore up my floor. Would never use again.

these people at this home depot were very rude and i had to search all over for both what i wanted and a associate to help me!! they were very slow in ringing me up as well
