Not only did @ShultsFordLincolnWexford # ShultsFordLincolnWexford insult my trade in value, but they lied about their online sales advertisement. You can't say something is on sale for a specific price and then try to deduct the trade in of the car as part of your sale without stating that originally. (Youre essentially penalizing someone for having a trade in!) I would NEVER buy a car from you. I feel the way you handled business with me was completely dishonorable and unprofessional. Your business is living up to the stereotype that car dealers attempt to take advantage of young women, whom you believe don't "fathom" how buying a car works. Unfortunately for you, I am an educated woman who does understand and knows when she is being deceived. I think it was also very inappropriate for your salesmen to directly offend my intellect by making out right rude comments to my family and myself when choosing not to accept this ridiculous offer. I dont have a problem telling EVERYONE I know exactly how you treated me.

This is the worse dealership ever. We bought an 2007 escape brand new. It lost power going up hills and make a funny noise when we had to pay to have it towed in they told us that the timing chain in the engine broke and it was our fault, it was low on oil. My oil light never came on, cylinders never tapped NOTHING we had no warning anything was wrong till it went. We also pay for an extended warrenty. They wanted to charge us $5000.00 for a new engine another garage did it for alot less. Will never buy here again and will tell friends and family of our experience.

We've had several issues with this dealership, always lackluster work. The last 3 times we've been in they cracked the oil seal twice and this time they forgot to tighten the front wheels on our diesel truck which we use to tow trailers....that could have caused a serious accident as the wheels "nearly fell off" according to the emergency ford garage stop we made in ohio. We won't be going back there as they have no responsibility, accountability, or professionalism.

The service I've recieved has been outstanding. A local radiator shop quoted me $900-$1000 and I got it done under $500 at Shults. My wife and I have been going there ever since.

We have taken our Ford vehicles to Shults Ford of Wexford only because they are the only Ford dealership in our area. Usually their work is satisfactory, but the last time we had our vehicle there for repair, everything was stolen out of the vehicle! All our of CDs, change, and even the key to our garage (which was hidden). For the high price we paid for the service work at a dealership, this was the last thing we expected. Even though the repair was done properly, we don't feel safe going back to their service department.
