Molyneaux Tile-Carpet-Wood

Molyneaux did a wonderful job installing the carpet. Harry, the salesman i worked with, was very helpful and knowledgable. He was extremely patient with me as i was trying to decide which carpet to get. We did have a little mix up with the carpet in the wrong rooms, but when i contacted Harry about the issued, he was very quick to help and resolve the situation promptly. I am very pleased with the service i received from Molyneaux and would recommend anyone looking for carpet go here. I know i will!

Harry was our salesman at the Plum Borough store. We had a great experience and were satisfied with the results. The only complaint we had was we did not see the pricing breakdown. I didn't like not knowing what we paid in total in comparison with other companies. Otherwise, we had a good experience and would go back to Molyneaux.

We purchased carpeting for our living room and dining room from Molyneaux. We thought we were buying top quality carpeting. The quality is not what we expected. The carpeting is not as dense as it seemed in the showroom.

Installation was timely and the workers were courteous. However, we did have to have an installer back to correct the installation at vent sites. They responded quickly to the problem and corrected it properly.

We decided to go with Molyneaux because they have been around a long time and we were concerned about the installation experience with a big box store.

Even with our concerns and installation issues, we would still make the same decision to avoid the big box stores for carpeting.

I could not be more satisfied with Molyneaux experience. Had halls, stairways and den carpeted by them recently. Knowledgeable sales person, competitive pricing, professional installation. Would recommend them to anyone.
