Burlington Coat Factory

This store definitely has it's pros and cons. First the pros. They sell everything from housewares to shoes to clothes to toys and of course coats. Their prices are very reasonable and the coat selection is huge, especially compared to other stores in the area. You have housewares on the first floor and clothing and accessories, including baby items on the lower level. The regular clothing sections are not huge on item selection but are of good quality and price. I frequently purchase my children's school uniforms and usually their winter coats as well.As for cons, the store is somewhat cramped as they have packed in a selection of items. I would be careful with smaller children on the first level as many of the items are glass and easily reached. My biggest con is the return policy. No refunds ever. Only a gift card to the store but since I know this going in I usually make sure I have tried on any clothing items I purchase.Despite the tight quarters and return policy I frequently shop at Burlington as their clothes are very nice and of good quality and the housewares are very pretty.

This is a large store, but Very Congested. Not a very good idea going there with children. When you walk in, they have all the items that are easyly broken, by the door. The displays are not very sturdy. It has 2 floors, which does not make it convenient with children. Great place if shopping alone and you have time.

This store is not as well stocked as the other ones. There is no maternity dept here. They are disorganized and not the best at customer service. It is on two floors. I hate the return policy, no cash back!
