Body Klinic

I'm from out of town. I came to Philadelphia on vacation, and to visit friends, and family. Everybody that I know raves about this spa. They have a large selection of beauty products that I can choose from, and especially for my skin it's not easy finding a product that will give that glow, and vibrant look. It's is truly an European spa with an American appeal, especially since I got the chance to talk to the owner Sophia personally on the phone. I just love her European accent, but it was easy to understand anyway. Everybody was so nice, and helpful. Their suggestions really helped me in picking out the product that would be best for my skin. Besides the excellent customer service, I had a world class massage. I don't think that I ever had as good of a massage until I came to the Body Klinic. They know their stuff. The visit to the Body Klinic made my vacation twice as enjoyable.

I'm a girly girl who adores body treatments, facials, and massages so when I got a gift card to the Body Klinic from my mother I yelped and squealed from joy! Couldn't wait to get there, and you know what, they didn't disappoint! Was greeted by a young nice receptionist with an amazing accent. My mom got me the rejuvenation package that included a massage (the best so far), body wrap (preformed by a very nice and professional massage therapist, I forgot his name but he has long hair and he is Israeli :) ), then one of the best facials I have ever had, Michael was very understanding and made my great day even better. A manicure and a pedicure were standard with an additional and awesome twist, paraffin wax!

What a ripoff!
Went there thinking (as they advertise) this was a first class Day Spa-very very wrong!!
It was a horrible experience. The place is a hole in the wall with tiny rooms, very inexperienced therapists and a rude front desk!

By Gloria C: My daughter has been raving about the Body Klinic for the last 6 months, but I avoid the city for the usual reasons, traffic, long travel time, et cetera. Last week she gave me a gift certificate. Now I love the place as much as she does. They pampered me and made me feel ten years younger. The Body Klinic will be responsible for my coming into downtown Philadelphia at least once a month.

THIS IS NOT A REAL SPA. IT IS JUST A TINY,RATHER DIRTY FEW ROOMS INSDIE A SMALL TOWNHOUSE.
I HAD A WAXING AND IT WAS JUST AWFUL I ALSO HAD A FACIAL WITH THE OWNER (A RUSSIAN WOMAN) AND I THINK IT WAS THE WORST I EVER HAD.
I WILL NEVER RETURN.THEY ALSO KEPT ME WAITING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES IN WHAT IS THE SMALLEST WAITING ROOM.

Expecting a real sdpa and going here was just terrible. I never had such an unpleasant experience-ever. the place is amll and rather unkempt. the receptionist was awful and the services were just a horror. Their waxing girl-danielle was about as bad as it gets.

Wow, never have I felt so relaxed! Guys, if you have never gone to a day spa for a massage or a body treatment, then you must come to The Body Klinic. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and thier attention to detail is fantastic. I found Sophia to be extremely helpful in explaining the services and how I would benefit. She was just wonderful to talk with. I can't wait for my wife to have her day at The Body Klinic. Excellent service and courteous staff, I will recommend to all I know.

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING BODY TREATMENTS FROM THE OWNER AND VERY QUALIFIED STAFF FOR 2 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN TOO MANY SPAS ALL OVER AND THIS FACILITY IS ONE OF THE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER VISITED AND CONTINUE TOO FOR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES. THEY ARE NOT ONLY CURTIOUS BUT ATTENTIVE AS WELL. SOPHIA HAS THE MOST AMAZING BODY TREATMENTS THAT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I AM IN ANOTHER WORLD WHICH RELAXES MY BODY FROM HEAD TO TOE FOR HOURS. SOPHIA ALSO HAS TAKEN CARE OF MY SKIN AND HAS MADE IT LOOK SO YOUNG,FRESH AND REJUVENATED ABOUT 10 YEARS YOUNGER. I WANT TO THANK SOPHIA FOR TAKING THE TIME AND INTEREST IN ME AND MY BODY...

I love this place! I am there every other week for a massage, Irena gives excellant massages. I also go there about once a month for facials with Michael, who's an absolute sweetheart. AND...Danielle does the BEST bikini wax I've ever had! She's quick and extremely gentle. This cozy spa is a perfect fit for me and I just adore there staff.

I went here thinking I could get laser treatments, as stated on their website,as it turned out they have nothing like this. Their so called Doctor does'nt even work there and never did.

AFTER READING THEIR WEBSITE AND SEEING THAT THEY CLAIM TO BE A MEDI SPA, MY FRIENDS AND I CALLED AND WENT THERE. WHAT A MISTAKE. THE OWNER (SOPHIA) WAS VERY RUDE AND AFTER TELLING US TO "GET OUT IF WE DON'T LIKE IT",SHE CURSED AT US IN RUSSINA! THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY MEDICAL SERVICES AND WE EVEN CALLED THE DOCTOR THEY ADVERTISE AS PART OF THEIR BUSINESS AND HE TOLD MY SISTER HE NEVER WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THEM AND THAT THET REFUSE TO REMOVE HIS NAME FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
WE SENT A LETTER TO THE LOCAL DA AND HOPE THEY WILL DO SOMETHING.

Ive been to the Body Klinic twice for massages. I had nice massages each time and the person who gave me the massage was very friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing, although the space is a little small. Very clean and professional. Its not accessible though, as you have to go up some steps to enter the building. The Body Klinic is a place to come chill out and relax. You will leave feeling renewed and energized! They really take care of you body and offer a bunch of different treatments. They have a full range of facials as well as massages. They also make house calls, which are very popular with bridal parties. You can relax at your own home while the treatments come to you. Prices are about average, depending on the package you choose.

My wife is a huge fan of the the Body Klinic. It's a very small and intimate spa on Walnut Streets (near Rittenhouse) that offers a number of treatments including pedicures, massages, waxing and reflexology. They also have a Medi-Spa where you can get treatments like Botox. I can't comment on the Botox but my wife says that their massages are awesome!!

i would reccomend this place to anyone as i am in South jersey and i have gone ther for south jersey i have even given a certificate to my sister in law to go as i had such a wonderful experience i had to share it with other people that i knew, i would say this hands down was a great day to spend to get pampered go there and see for yourself what i mean, you will have a wonderful experience

Very intimate spa, tiny and close, it is located inside a rowhome on walnut street a few blocks from Rittenhouse. Great menu of services, highly recommend the pedicure with special treatments. very clean environment.

The Body Klinic is a great all in one spa for your mind and body. This is one of the best spas that I have been to. All of the staff here are great and experienced in their respected profession. They offer many types of treatments for your skin. They do massages, waxing, reflexology, and more. They also offer wedding packages too. The prices are great too. I love this salon. If you are looking for a nice salon with a friendly, gentle staff, then look no further than The Body Klinic.

I was very grumpy when I went here because it was my birthday and I was tricked into going...I thought I was going shopping and this was my "surprise!" However, the staff was very very friendly and made me feel very comfortable even though being pampered is not something I am really into. As a first timer, for me this placve was great...you should check it out.

The estheticians at The Body Klinic are friendly, professional and great at what they do! The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. They're really flexible with scheduling - open 7 days a week. Best of all, the vibe is much less hoity toity than a lot of day spas. They also sell a great soy milk body butter and other aromatherapy skin care products.
