Shout out to Casey L.- Keiths last name is Trone. You would think a big supporter would know that.

Keith Trone's food isn't terribly bad. But what bothers me more about the place is the way I have seen the owner treat his help. He seems to find problems with everything they do, and does so in front of the customers. For some of theose young kids to stay there he must be paying them some money.

Finally tried this place after driving by all the time. The only good thing was the homemade bread on the turkey sub. The meat they used was so gross! Very pink and bloody spots in it. I couldn't eat it. The fries were not very good at all and the onion rings were ok if you could get past all the grease. My boyfriend got chicken tenders and he wasn't too happy, Not worth it in my opinion!! To be fair I didn't try the pizza and the people working there were very friendly.

Holiday Review
KT's pizza and subs versus Fox's pizza and subs
My brother in law and I are in town for the holidays and are looking for good pizza and subs while we are here visiting family. We both have unbiased opinions and are excited to find the best pizza and subs in york. We decided to set up a challenge Monday night while watching the game and picked KT's and Fox's. We ordered 1 large cheese pizza, 1 turkey sub, and 1 veggie sub from each. We judged each place on the following categories. 1. Curb appeal, 2. Ambience, 3. Customer service, 4. Food appearance, 5. Food smell, 6. Food taste.
Here are the results:
KT
Curb appeal: We knew it was by the highschool but almost missed it because of the small sign, poor lighting, and awkward outward appearance.
Ambience: We had to go to the front door because it was after 7:30pm and walked in to a hometown feel where it seemed like food was a priority.
Customer Service: It started out questionalbe when we were passed off by the person who was cleaning to the person behind the register as "can you help these people", but then got better when we got our order along with a coupon for 3 dollars off any pizza and a ticket for 1 free pizza after purchasing 10 within a year. The woman who did end up helping us was very nice.
Food appearance: We were excited when we opened the box because it technically looked like an Italian pizza (big slices, big pizza, thin, ect...) but a little dissapointed at the crust appearance (the crust was generic looking and lacked the "love" put into the pie...) The appearance of the subs looked above average in a good way.
Food smell: Smelled great for both pizza and sub.
Food Taste: Honestly, it felt highschool, and we are not just saying that because it was beside dover high. It had a very generic taste and the sauce was a little too sweet. We were hoping that since it was going for the look of an Italian pizza, that it would actually have a distinct/unique taste to it. The pizza seemed to be made with inexperience. As far as the sub, the rolls were good, all the ingredients were fresh and proportional.
Fox's
Curb Appeal: Right when we pulled and saw the surrounding businesses, we were nervous about the food to come, but still hopeful that they would pull a Susan Boyle (singer from England with incredible pipes). But any place that puts a giant hand made sign in the window that says "wedgie for $5" you have to wonder...
Ambience: This was not a dine in shop, it was a delivery/pick-up place. Felt like we were walking into a dominos or little caesars.
Customer Service: The girl who helped was very nice, but we could tell she was in training. But they were helpful.
Food Appearance: Let's just say that the pizza did not in any way shape or form look like the pictures on the website or windows. The pictures presented a style of pizza that was not carried over to the actual pizza we got. The subs, however looked really good.
Food Smell: Smelled like fast food pizza.
Food Taste: Tasted like the card board it sat on. It was greasy and half the box is still sitting in the fridge. Left a lot to be desired. Subs were actually really good.

Overall experience: If you are looking for a decent sub either place will suffice. On the other hand, if you are looking for a pizza at a cheap price with a high school musical taste, then head over to the joint across from Dover High.

Over all winner for Pizza is: KT's
Over all winner for Subs is: Fox's

Keith Trimmer has been running the finest pizza establishment I've seen in my life. His pizza sauce has a sweet and slightly tangy flavor to it. He doesn't ruin his pizzas by dumping a ton of oregano on them like I've experience at places along the boardwalk. The service is always excellent and he has a real talent for keeping his customers returning. Thanks Keith for being the independent pizza man that we gladly support!Casey and Kelly Lilly

We have been customers of KT's since their business was located at the Delco Plaza. The quality of their food and the service is outstanding. You can even call ahead with your order and it will be ready by the time you get there. If you have a busy night try them. You won't be disappointed.

We've been to K & T Pizza on several occasions. The pizza is good, but a little on the greasy side..but still very good! Their subs a delicious, and they have a variety to choose from. I would definitely recommend that you try this place.
