Arden Theatre Co

This small theatre is a great venue for a live production. There is not a bad seat in the house and they put on a high quality production. I'd recommend any show here followed by dinner out in Old City.

.... but take that for what it's worth. certainly, if you're a new york transplant like me, this is pretty much amateur hour compared to broadway and off-broadway. but still, it's the best to be had here, and they pick good plays, and tend to do their best with them. i also love that they have extensive community outreach and children's programs - it's really the extras that make this theater special and make me a patron.

I've taken different children's grops to Arden Theater for different shows and the kids have always loved it. The theater is a bit tiny, but I believe it makes it more intimate for the audience. Great Theater.
