These folks always do a great job taking care of my banking. It doesn't matter what the issue is. If you stop in they will do their best to take care of you and your money.

Citizens Bank offered great promotions to get customers when they were Charter One. But sometimes they hit you with so many late and overdraft fees that it is unrealistic. I would much rather take my business to a credit union.
