I got same day service. It only took about 2 hrs for them to come. The service man was professional and one time. He carried all of the supplies he needed to do the job and didn't take a long time to do it, but I have to say they charge you for every little thing by flat rate and it would have been cheaper had someone done it by the hour or even by the minute since I paid almost thee hundred dollars for a 20 min max job. I felt taken advantage of.
