Aston Diane - Kids First North Hills

What do you think about Aston Diane - Kids First North Hills? My experience is completely different from Diane Aston's review of Kid's First North Hills and am sorry she was not pleased.

I have been with this practice for 14 year. They have cared for both of my children well with all of the general pediatric issues that occur with kids. However, over the past two years my each of my children experienced numerous serious medical issues (one life threatening) and they have been right on target with all of it. They have been prompt with care, excellent diagnosticians, referred to specialists and expedited the process when needed. They have been excellent in serving my family. I have especially dealt with Dr Wallace and Dr Bay over the past two years and they have hit the mark. The nursing staff and front desk staff have always been wonderful as well. I can't say enough about this practice.

I've found a new pediatric group for my now 8 month old daughter, after being very dissatisfied with the Kids First group-- particularly the North Hills office. Dr. Bonanni spoke to my daughter like she had never interacted with a 6 month old before. She instructed her to "transfer the object to your other hand" and then shook her head disapprovingly when my daughter did not immediately do as she requested. There were several other specific things about her that seriously bothered me; however, Dr. Bonanni's overall demeanor toward my daughter and myself, as well as her opinions on my daughter's development were so far off and I have since had a second and third opinion that completely de-value Dr. Bonanni's opinions. We saw two other doctors in the practice but they were also very disappointing. And when I emailed the CHOP office to express my concerns and disappointment I never received a response. Now we are seeing Dr. Simonowitz and we love her!

They provide the best service for the kids. I usually donot trust oher services but i can surely rely on their services. they implement the latest technologies.The staff is also very friendy especially with the kids. The doctors r well trained & highly professional.
