At night they have an authentic menu that is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had (including in China). The flavors and spices are amazing. I particularly recommend the salt-baked shrimp, the Ma Pa Tofu, the diced chicken with hot peppers, and the cucumbers. The food is very hot and spicy, so be ready! The service is very good and the prices are very reasonable. It's best to go in a group and share different entrees. Awesome!

Although the restaurant is not big. But, the food, price and service are very is good. For lunch, I like to go there and order their "Choice of three" for a price less than $4.25. No doubt, I can still remember several names of dishes, like General Tao's Chicken, Wonderful Eggplant, Ma Po Tofu, Teriyaki Chicken and etc. One night, a Chinese friend took me there for dinner. Then, I know they can cook very traditional Sichuanese dishes, like double cooked pork, Gong Bao Chicken, more. I tasted a few spicy dishes, very impressive. Plus, it is located at downtown, very convenient to go there from the PSU campus.

Chopstick Express is a quaint little restaurant right across from old main. I recommend it as a nice cheap place to stop for lunch. You can get a two item combo for around $5 that tastes pretty good. It is one of those deals where the food is in a display case and you just point to which items you would like. Can't go wrong with the chicken lo mein

I was quite let down by the lack of customer service. Employees were not very friendly and tended to be in a hurry. I felt like I was being ignored the whole time I was there. The food was pretty good but service bad.

I heard this place from friend. It is not bad just because the price of lunch is less than $4, which is attractive to a lot of students. I did not quite remember their attitude. I just got there once. In my personal opnion, the food is too sweet and not real chinese food. So I may not go there anymore. But it is OK because it just sits in the center of downtown state college.
