I recently had a facial at Jolie. Although the massage I was given during my facial was great, my skin was ruined. I told the aesthetician that my primary goal was to just have extractions done, so she decided to use the vitamin facial, which is for sensitive skin. The products she used on my skin were very painful and burned; she said it was normal and kept going. She also rubbed the harsh products into the gentle skin around my eyes, and let the product get into my eye! She did about 3 extractions and said she was done. When the facial was finally over, I went home and found that she had not removed ~95% of the blackheads, which was the primary purpose of the facial. The next morning I woke up to find dry, rough, flakey patches of skin on different parts of my face, including my eyelids, that didn't go away for days. As the flakey skin came off, I noticed that the skin underneath had hyper-pigmentation. This was a HORRIBLE experience, and I do not recommend going to Jolie for a facial..

Fantastic services! I just got my hair colored by Zoe, a specialist and I've never, EVER looked this great! I've been everywhere else, had a horrible experience at Citrus with Monica, and now I'm with the best of the best! Everyone is so sweet, the front desk is great and I feel warm, welcomed, and in good hands!!

I have been to many salons and spa, and I found Jolie to be exceptional. My son is getting married on Octover 31 at Normandy Farms and I was hesitant about using an out- of- town salon since I live in New York. Therefore, I decided to try Jolie to do my hair and makeup for a tryout. Believe me, I was more than satisfied with their professional staff--Maureen did my hair. After the wedding, you can be sure that I will return to give then an honest and up-to-date review. So far they deserve Five Stars....

I have been a client of Jolie for many years. I recently got married and had my bridal party scheduled for their hair. I arrived and the front desk was rude and had no idea who I was. Meanwhile I was a regular client spending upwards of $200 monthly on my hair. Evidently, the receptionist never booked ME for my hair because there was another bride with the same FIRST name as me!! My WEDDING DAY was RUINED and I cried soooo much. Long story short I FINALLY had my hair done. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!!!!

My friend and I went to Jolie today for a day of pampering. It was wonderful and just what we needed. The staff is so warm and friendly, they even had a spa hostess escort us to our appointments all day! I highly recommend going there!

I must say that I was more than shocked to read prior reviews! This spa is worth every last cent that I had paid. While yes, it is on the pricey side, the reception staff were well informed, and cheerful. The "designer" did a wonderful job and could sense when I had questions. This is something, of course, that is very important. I felt comfortable and at ease during the whole process and I came out feeling like a celebrity! I would (and have) recommended this place to any person seeking a wonderful, professional and well maintained environment for hair, nails and massage..:)

I was just treated to a spa day for my birthday. All I can say is...WOW! The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I left feeling fantastic. Their menu features a wide variety of services, my favorite being the hot stone massage. If you want to treat yourself to some pampering Jolie is the place to go!

I recently visited Jolie for a massage, cut and color. I had not been in a few months but a friend of mine gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. Wow is all I can say! What a difference since the last time I was there. The employees were happy and so accommodating and I was thrilled with the massage, cut and color. I had to ask them what was different, and was told there was a change in ownership. If you haven't been in a while, you've got to check them out. I came in tired and stressed and left in a great mood. Thanks Jolie! I'll be back!

The salon is gorgeous and the people are so nice. I have never had a bad experience during the five years I have been going there. I highly recommend going to Jolie.

Jolie Salon and Day Spa offers a wide range of services. I have had pedicures and manicures they and they are always great. The salon techs are always nice and the spa is always clean. I have left feeling very relaxed and pampered.

What a great experience. I just moved into town with my girlfriend and faced the ultimate dilemma...How can I find a new stylist for her in the suburbs of Philadelphia??? She works long hours so I had to try and help her out.
After calling Citrus and other local spas...trust me, it wasn't an easy interview for the spas. I asked questions about experience level, styles of cuts, cost and was testing them for friendliness and service while keeping them on the phone.
After some debate within the staff the team at Jolie picked Chloe.
My girlfriend who is a smoking hot 42 year old had a dated cut, her new friends around here were even teasing her about it. On top of it my girlfriend trained for two years in Europe as a hair stylist and is EXTREMELY picky.
Not only was I risking a bad cut, but the potential of her being really mad when she returned home.
To make a long story bearable, Chloe did an AMAZING job!!! She performed a trendy razor cut that makes my beautiful girlfriend even better. I swear it looks like ten years has been added to her life.
On top of it, I believe the cost of the cut was extremely competitive, I would have paid double, knowing how much confidence it has given my girlfriend.
The service of the staff was incredible. From the moment she walked in she felt comfortable, they were very accomidating.
Thank you Jolie for being patient with my "interviewing" process and thank you for putting a huge smile on my ladies face...I'm gonna be gettin' me some tonite!!!
Pros: All extremely positive, trust me I added pressure and am very picky.

My first time experience at Jolie was with Chloe for a cut and color. Not only did she have superb attention to detail, I walked away with a working knowledge on how to style it. The cut and color was a significant change for me but she made the process seem like a breeze! I received so many compliments and am very satisfied with my experience.

Beware Ladies
Over the summer I paid $800 for MaryAnn to put extentions in my hair that I had to sit in a chair for over 6 hours. A few days later they began to fall out. They fell out faster than it took MaryAnn to put them in. Now my hair is so brittle and damaged from the extentions that I have had to get several inches cut off the length of my hair. I would not recommend anyone going in for extentions!
I don't know what happened to this spa recently, but, management and service has definately gone downhill!
Pros: Nice area
Cons: management &n service is below par

I loved everything about this first class Salon. The stylists are great and the place is wonderful.
The prices are great also as is the parking.
Great find for anyone.

This was a real bonus to my stay in Blue Bell. I had a bad experience at another local Spa and then went here to see what a real Spa is all about.
The services were great (especially the Russian massage).
The staff was quite friendly, and parking was abundant.
