A great place to take injured or orphaned wildlife that come your way. They have been able to help me with baby birds that fall out of their nests (every spring for many years), bunnies that are old enough to leave their nest (you should try to let them stay in the nest as long as you safely can) but NOT SAFE in my back yard, and a baby Possum still clinging to it's Mom who was hit and killed by a car. I HOPE they are allowed to stay where they have been located for MANY years to come.

When visiting , I have found the staff to be knowledgable and caring, and the services they provide help now and will help in the future as man and wildlife co-exist in a finite space.

Whenever I find abandoned bunnies, injured birds or squirrels I am able to take them at almost any time to the Aark. They accept the animals and rehabilitate them at no cost and only ask you to donate money if you choose. The woman in charge provides the area itself and the care at her own expense working only from donations. The staff is extremely friendly and will even give you a case number if you would like to check up on the animal you brought to them as it rehabilitates.
