Only insurance agency I'll ever deal with. They always look for ways to save me money. I came in to pay my renewal bill when Al said "wait, let me see if I can find a lower rate with one of my new companies" He did and I saved. Staff very helpful and always pleasant.

This place boasts that they can get anyone insurance. Well, that's great... IF you really couldn't get insurance from ANYONE. I personally cannot imagine what kind of a record you would have to have in order to have to put up with customer service like this. Rude, ignorant and completely incompetent service.
They might be able to get anyone insured... but do some calling around on your own and I'm sure you can do the same thing.
They are a broker that takes in various insurance companies that will take everything from hard to insure clients to regular clients.
The only plus side I see of these people is that they support the Otters Hockey well!
PROS: They Support Otters Hockey
CONS: Rude, unprofessional, no communication in the office, over priced
