I absolutely love the Sonos system that was installed by\r
Innovative Home Systems. Their knowledgeable sales staff was very easy to deal with and they provided me with exactly what I needed. Now I have streaming music inside my house

I absolutely love the Sonos system that was installed by\r
Innovative Home Systems. Their knowledgeable sales staff was very easy to deal with and they provided me with exactly what I needed. Now I have streaming music inside my house

Be prepared for Hours of INEXPERIENCE and failed product support. Their Learning Curve was embarrassing. Your time deadlines are meaningless. We instructed Shawn to leave, after numerous days of his aimless troubleshooting. Be prepared to hear him blame DirecTV, Verizon or anybody but the Cable Company.

Shawn maintains a "Collect first and deliver later" philosophy. He will try to sell you the moon then whines and struggles when it's time to install it. If there is any Exterior camera work, be prepared to hire a plumber and/or electrician. You'll need a painter and a carpenter to patch-up the mistaken drill holes. He and his installation crew are very limited and definitely incapable of advanced installation applications.

The product lines they represent are less inferior to the typical home theater client's needs and demands.

Protect yourself by asking Shawn to produce numerous satisified customer referrals. Be assured that they won't offer my name, as a reference.

Most importantly, do not make the same mistake we did by hiring them. We had to hire a company to provide endless hours of wiring & programming clean-up, product support and defective component replacement..

By the way, "have you seen their showroom?". That's right...neither have I.
