I have been collecting for the better part of 20+ years and to be honest John the owner is a great guy. I was nervous when I read these reviews before I went, but it seems to me, John simply is a passionate guy who loves what he does and loves to talk to people in the shop. His inventory is not "garbage", just the opposite... it is in fact a great selection of Mid century, Deco, Arts and Craft among other things. And the prices? That is a subjective thing, but to be frank, nothing there stuck out as outrageous. Just average for what you are buying. He helped us load some furniture we bought and took half an hour to make sure it was safe and unharmed. Even GAVE us blankets. He also gave big discounts on other things we where interested in because of our previous purchase. He seems to be the type who gives back what you give. I am certainly going back and suggest for anyone in the area who likes colorful, and well informed dealers who love to talk and share, then by all means go here. Much better experience then these previous posters would lead you to think. I just met John and am already a fan of his quirkiness. Honestly A very good experience for myself and my gf, you just have to be open to different personalities.

Wow. Where to begin.

We tried to visit this store for MONTHS. It looked interesting from the outside and we drove there DOZENS of times. Every time we were in Warren.

This guy is NEVER there - even when he is supposed to be. His hours sign might as well be a Howard Johnson menu hanging on the door.

One day FINALLY he was open. I wish he wasnt.

The owner is one of those loud types that NEVER SHUTS UP. Every other word is a lie, a story, or an exaggeration. We couldnt even shop in peace.

The store is filled with junk. Not antiques. The owner talks a good game but the proof is in the inventory. Which was all worthless curbside crap.

As for pricing, it was SO HIGH that I almost couldnt bite my lip. I wanted to say (scream!) to the guy "Wake up!! The 90's are over!!".

His prices are beyond just "high". Its a joke.

We left in a hurry never to return. His voice still croaning in my head.

A trip to Hell. Avoid.

Warren, RI, is known fondly for having so many antique shops. However, not all of these wondeful antique shops offer quality antique items. Some of the shops look like they carry pure junk that just happens to be OLD. I gave this store a three star review because there tons of quality antique items being sold there. They did not get a four or five star review, however, because I feel that they are part of the equation of Warren antique shops that carry old junk.
