Warwick Animal Hospital

In about 30 minutes, I'm leaving my home to put my best friend "Mickey" to rest. I know you have done everything you could to try to save him. You are the most considerate, honest, and understanding person I know. This dog means so much to me and my wife, and you not only know this, but I truely feel you care. I know you and your staff have worked endlessly to help him. You find the time to call when you know we need updates. Your tech calls late at night when we ask. Seven years ago we had to put another dog down, You never changed. You are a very special person, and we want to thank you. I hope your staff and other people see this, because people have to know how special you are. I will follow you where ever you go.

Doctors at the hospital can be very good but you must do your own research and be an informed consumer to limit the costs $$$ factors.( Very Expensive) Otherwise unecassary treatment and rescheduling will occur. This animal hospital is in the practice of money making for profit . The employee excusal is the "BOARD" of directors and their strick policy which can suprise an unsuspecting animal lover and pet owner. Calls to the home will relate to the pet/animal but in essence the caller is a billing department employee who will disregard the condition of the pet and badger the owner about any billing statements, even when the owner is attempting to make it a working relationship. Calls into the doctor will sometimes be related to the doctor but most often not. It is a luck of the draw. New employees are easier to work with than those who have been seasoned and are only there for the pay check. I have had a couple pets over the years, all have been successful with this hospital in medical practices that my vet can not handle. Again the doctors relate to informed consumers but the billing department clearly lets you know that you did indeed have a choice... life or euthenize. Sadly, the board are a bunch of money hungry mongrels who need to be aware of this practice or who are condoning it.

If your a hospital aren't you supposed to help when a pet is in need. Saying you wont help unless you have $50 up front is ridiculous. Are cat died on the way there when we couldn't get through on the phone. Once we did and they said have the money or no help, we turned around and went back home.

my dog had puppies early in the morning and she was refusing to nurse them. So at like 3am we are running to this hospital to get supplies for the puppies. They were so nice, they helped us get everything we needed and told us exactly what to do. I dont know what we would have done had they not been open to help us. They are wonderful.

We first went to this faciltiy in the 1980's when our local vet (Greenville) could not help our dog with cancerous growths on her back and legs. Our dog is no longer with us, but we have taken the 3 cats we have owned there. Easy to get an appointment, they send out reminder notices and are always pleasant and great with the animals. They care about pets here.
