This place is perfect if you want to be on the watre. The rooms and apartments are not the latest in modern accomodations but the location can't be beat.

Bannister's Wharf Guest Rooms are located near the Marina in Newport, overtop of the Bannister's Wharf gift shops and stores. There are regular hotel rooms with water views, and apartments available as well. The price is incredible for what you are getting, which is a great room within walking distance to everything on America's Cup road - all of the restaurants, shops, the Yacht Club, Newport Jazz Club - you couldn't ask for a better location.
