Everyone at the Scituate Animal Hospital is so kind. They truly care about the animals and are so compassionate and understanding to the humans. Dr. Karen gives you all your options and does not make you feel as if you must choose one. When you do decide what is best for your pet and for you..she makes you feel comfortable about your choice. I could not have found a better veterinarian to take care of my cat Hunter.

I've had Scituate Animal Hospital care for my pets for the last 10 years. Dr. O'Neill is wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, & truly shows a great love & affection for the animals. She worked really hard with my ferret when she was diagnosed with adrenal disease seeing us every 2-3 weeks. She listened to & worked with me on the path I wanted her treatment to take. She is very caring with the small animals as well as the large animals. Dr. O'Neill was excellent with my dog's care - especially at the end when we needed to make the critical decision for him. The techs & receptionists are great! Very helpful.

Yesterday, we had to put down our loyal friend Sam, a 12 1/2 year old 120 lb golden retriever. He has been going to Scituate Animal Hospital since we got him as a tiny puppy. They are the best! The past 6 months he has not been well, we took him in and Dr. Fallon recommend meds that helped for a while but then made him sick, I called and she suggested I stop some of them. My son and husband didn't want to face the fact that he just didn't have any quality of life, but when the pain meds didn't work, they finally decided to let me call and they took him in immediately, they were kind and caring and I just want all to know how much I appreciate their kindness to me. I was the person in the house that had to make the difficult decision, but Sam deserved more from our family that to just lay and whimper, and I hope I made the best choice for him. Good- by Sam, you will never be forgotton!

If your animal is part of your family, and we all want the best for our family right??? Then Scituate Animal hospital is the place for your family...Not only are there great doctors, but there are great techs. and receptionists...i feel right at home when we bring our dog there.. we have had the oppurtunity to have Dr. Karen Farren as our veterinarian since we got our dog at 8 weeks old, he is now going on 7 and we have had only the best care for him within Dr. Farren..She is a great doctor but also a great person... so as i put in the title, she is the cream of the crop, she is THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!
