The Italian food is outstanding at this restaurant. Prices are reasonable. Service is very warm and friendly and good. On Friday night there is music for dancing. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

On Friday, 01/11/08, we had reservations for 4 and were seated quickly, albeit rather crammed.
It took 20 minutes to get the drinks to the table (2 glasses of wine, 1 iced-tea and 1 bottle of beer. Hardly rocket science). The wait staff was slow and smile-less and obviously not prepared for a normally busy Friday night. We, the customers, wedged up against a window, seemed to be in their way, like THEY were going to pay US for being there. Unlike peer restaurants, and even places with lower prices, the waitress couldn?t recite the day?s specials. She read them from her pad, and sometimes, sounded surprised at what she was reading. Nevertheless, salads and dinners where ordered, (but, those who had requested oil and vinegar dressing had to be fast. The bottles?one of which was balsamic, which no one had ordered?arrived late and was suddenly snatched away by the waitress to another table, in 90 seconds without comment. When the main courses arrived, we had to tell the waitress what plate belonged to whom. This isn?t just crappy management, it?s crappy staff. A second round of normal, pour-the-wine-in-the-glass drinks took another 20 minutes. I give my hats off to the chef for a nice meal. But I give 1 finger up for the rest of the management and staff.

PS: Walking into the men?s room and finding no toilet paper shouldn?t have been a surprise, but it was. But, then again, this place cares about themselves, not about you or your dinning experience.

The food is always fresh, and prices are reasonable for the amount of the portions. Atmosphere is great and staff are very friendly and attentive. Forget the Hill, come here!
