She went for 3 months she didnt have alot to lose but she was always happy going to this place and was very excited to lose weight each week at check in weigh in she was happy this plan works for women to exercise 3 times a week and they taught her how to eat right and better herself too. It was alot of money I think so yea.but works

I love this place have hundreds of locations. My wife attends and she is in a pretty good shape she goes 3 times a week and they teach her all bout food and how to eat better and right she loves it.

I really love Curves, they have a ton of RI locations. this one happens to be the one I personally goto the most. They are wonderful and helpful. It a place where you really dont feel out of place no matter what your body type.
