Extremely high prices and they try to hit you with services that are not really needed! Just to install an oxygen sensor the bill was well over $400.00 They also charged me $90.00 for Diagnostics when I told them what the problem was.

I had my vehicle towed to Pepboys. They diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel pump. They changed the pump at a cost of $575.00. The car still wouldn't start and had to be towed to the dealer. The dealer found the problem to be the electronic control module. Pepboys still maintained that the fuel pump was still no good and I'm left paying for what I feel was an unncessary repair. If their diagnosis was correct from the beginning this could have been avoided. I would recommend going to a dealer for anything other than an oil change or new tires, the mechanics are obviously more qualified. Paul M.

They also wanted to charge to top off the fluids. Which I also refused to pay the service charge. I now only go to them to buy items I can install myself. They do a nice job fixing your car and they have some free services. Prices are pretty good. They don't really look to save you money but thats okay if you know what they are talking about. They are somewhat helpful. Prices in the store are pretty good. Staff is nice. Some don't know what they are doing though.

This place is great. Knowledgable staff with everything. You can find everything for your auto here, and if not, they order it for you. Hard to find items are also here. Stereo supplies, tires, rims, etc. Reasonably priced also.
