Tortilla Flat I've been to many Mexican restaurants and they just can't seem to compare to Tortilla Flats. Whether you're going out a bunch of people or just a couple, it's a fun place to be. They have the best Chimichungas and sangria. You can even ask for whole-wheat tortillas. It may not be the fanciest place but the service and food is excellent. It's never been bad, but always just OK, which is frustrating because I can make just OK food at home. The atmosphere, though, is nice, as are the margaritas.
