Groomingdales Inc

I wanted to just let everyone know about my personal experience with them. I'm sure many of you fellow CL's will remember the story about Lucky/Toby the cat whom I found. Lucky had been lost/abandoned for god knows how long when she found me. She was severely matted to the point where her back resembled that of a turtles shell - one big hard mass of fur. Hard as a rock infact! I reached out for help on here and, to make a long story short, Groomingdales contacted us and ended up grooming Lucky FOR FREE. They put their warm, compassionate hearts forward...not their hands. They went completely out of their way to help Lucky and they freed her from all of the matted, excess fur that covered her entire body. You see, Lucky was SO matted that she had to literally be shaven down to barely nothing. I will forever be grateful to Groomingdales for helping her, as well as to the lovely woman who adopted her, in addition to the numerous people who helped us along the way...Deb, the clinic, etc.

Groomingdales has always been so good to all of my dogs and they come home looking great and smelling fabulous. They are very accomodating with appointments and always give me a recap of how my dog acted while getting groomed.
