Dave from RepairsPlus fixed my girlfriend's 2 year old 55" Samsung TV. And this was after a failed attempt by a difference servicer that charged her an arm & a leg but never fixed the problem. SASCOA came out, diagnosed the problem, and even got Samsung to pay for the parts! All we had to do was pay for the labor. Their service was quick and they saved us money!

I called for help on Monday May 3rd ?.received immediate help on the phone from the Samsung Customer service representative and was referred to SASCOA Electronics. She said I would hear from them very soon. Within two hours, I received a phone call from Raj at Sascoa Electronics and asked me for all the numbers on the TV?then asked for the problems we were encountering.

He immediately said they could fix the problem. He projected such knowledge and confidence on the phone that I wanted him to come and fix it himself. He said the service technician would be coming the following afternoon and I would be happy with him? He too is very knowledgeable. The service man arrived with a power screw driver and a soldering iron and a bag of parts. Within 30 minutes, the job was done. The TV was reinstalled and worked beautifully.

My wife usually had to wait for 10 minutes for the picture to appear. This morning, it went right on and she is very happy. We love our Samsung TV and have two more in other parts of the home. My son just bought a 55 inch Samsung and said they make the best TV??s. I can also add they have great service.

When you spend a lot of money on a TV, you don??t want to have problems, but when you do, you want good quick and professional service.

I purchased a Samsung LED TV about 6 months ago. The picture started to go about a month ago. I called Samsung and they put me in touch with Sascoa Electronics. I called them on March 29th and they asked me to send them pictures of what the tv was doing which I did. It's now May 3 and NOTHING has been done! After repeated calls and emails I keep getting "we're working on it" Well, I just called Samsung and filed a formal complaint against Sascoa Electronics. I shouldn't have to wait over a month to get a $2800 tv still under warranty repaired. If your TV needs repair, don't call these guys or you'll grow old! Terrible Terrible Terrible company!

Having a new puppy in the house (a 3 lb. furball) there was a moveable 24"X24" puppy training pad near the tv stand. Rather than moving the pad ( or asking me to move the item) he leaned on it to do his work and asked for $10 for dry cleaning as he left.

These folks know what's going on. I had a intermittent problem that 2 others could not fix. They fixed it within a week for less than their estimate.

They seem to know what they're doing but be sure to ask them to be VERY CLEAR as to what they are doing and when it will be done as their communication is not the greatest. ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.
