When a life circumstance made it impossible for me to use the gym (no car, no money) I was told I had to come in (no car) to cancel. After many phone calls and hang ups, I was told I could send a certified letter. Then after they received it, they said they would charge me for another month (no money). They accused me of being a liar and said my problems we "too bad". Read your contract carefully, but better yet go elsewhere.
