Fitness Edge

I have been a member for over five years and they continue to impress me more each day. Their staff all know me by my first name and make me feel right at home. The classes are top notch and are continuously changing. The facility is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a quality health club with an excellent staff.

HAPPY TO NOT BE A "MEMBER" ANYMORE! I EXPRESSED CONCERN TO THE GM ABOUT PROBLEMS IN THE POOL AND THE LOCKERROOMS ONLY TO GET BARKED AT WITH ATTITUDE RATHER THAN ACTION. MY WORDS AND MONEY DIDNT MATTER TO HIM. I REPEATED MY CONCERNS TO MY TRAINER WHOM DIDNT SEEM TO CARE EITHER. I TRIED ONCE MORE AT THE SMOOTHIE COUNTER ONLY ONE PERSON SEEMED TO CARE AND SHE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THE PROBLEMS REMAIN! THE ONLY HELPFUL PEOPLE I ENCOUNTERED THERE ARE NO LONGER THERE. I AM TAKING MY MONEY AND MY HEALTH ELSEWHERE. NEW COLORS CAN'T HIDE A POOR MANAGER!

They do everything possible to dissuade you from joining.

I called and they wouldn't give me info about even the machines. So I set an appointment for early the next day and there was no one there to meet me, so the attendant would not even let me see the place, see the equipment, etc. She wouldn't give me membership papers or pricing.
A counselor called me back when he arrived and wanted me to drop everything and come to see him. He suggested a fee plus monthly rate only after I told him I'd not come down again unless he told me then.
He made me tell him my age???? Why is that important? OUTRAGEOUS!!!! The fee/rate was MUCH higher than Conway Med Center...
I agree with the earlier posting they are after your money with little concern for customer satisfaction.This is the first letter I've ever posted anywhere...that is the depth of ill feeling they created.

Watch out for this place! We went in to get some info on joinging and they wouldn't give us any! they said they had no set prices it was based on a "program" they would set up for us! then they wanted a member fee ontop of close to $300 just to be able to say you belong there! this is a scam! no one should chargee someone close to $300 to have the priveledge of joining a gym! then you have to pay whatever they figuered out for a membership price as well! SAVE YOUR MONEY & stay away!
