Very dissatisfied. If you are looking for a vehicle don't give them too much info. They supposedly found the truck we wanted at another dealer out of town but did not call us back for 4 days. In the meantime made a deal with another dealership - BUT had to select a different truck as Hoover still (4 days later) has the other one locked in and will not release it to our dealer so he can sell it to us.

They are one of the worst car dealerships I have been too. We went on 1/16/09 at 5pm. The first thing was a salesman came over and talked with us about one of the used vans. He kept promising us a great deal because the vans have to move. We tested out the vehicle and it was nice one or two little problems like the back doors did not close right and a CD was missing etc.. Then we get in the office to talk numbers and the salesman can't do anything for us negotiating wise, its the final number. We talk about trade in, he says nothing. So he goes get his manager JAMES. James then says for the trade in he can give us 4000 less then bluebook and what other dealerships were offering on our trade in. James says he cant do anything and that if we don't like the numbers to walk out. Not only are they rude but they don't even try to sell one of the other vans on the lot or try to be nice about it, and they lied about helping us get a great deal. I'm going to tell everyone not to go there. please do the same. If you do go in there to shop please tell them you saw a negative review on INSIDERPAGES.

We recently bought a truck from Hoover and my husband and I were more than pleased with the experience. The sales staff was very friendly and accomadating, especially since we were looking for vehicles and had to bring our children along for the process. We were allowed to look at the vehicles that weren't even on the lot yet and found our truck! Overall great customer service and very helpful.

The window on my van stopped working recently and I had to take it in to get it fixed. They got me in and out of there so fast. Plus they were really great with my kids which is always a plus in my book. Then a couple of days later I recieved a phone call to check to make sure everything was still working alright. Now that is what I call customer service.

We bought our very first new Jeep from these guys and they were amazing! When we first stepped onto the lot, we knew we would be buying a car from them. We were not hounded by "vultures" as we walked around the lot, which left us plenty of time and space to find what we really wanted. We take the jeep here to get the oil changed too and have had only one complaint with their workmanship (they didn't flush out one of the fuels whiched caused our 4wheel drive to spaz out momentarily...they ended up paying for it to be fixed and apologized over and over.) Overall, we've been nothing but pleased with them!

We felt like they truly listened to what we needed rather than trying to sell us what they wanted us to buy. Customer servide is outstanidng. We've had follow up calls to make sure the car was ok and they do a complimentary oil change at 1000 miles. We have bought several cars over the years and this was our most pleasant and non-stressful yet! Parking is not an issue. Sales persons are friendly and not pushy at all.
