Music In Motion Family Fun Ctr

AMAZING - had to update my post - did some research trying to find the OWNER (Harold T. Dukes) of Music is Motion because I thought he would need to be aware of the horrible lack of fundamental customer service and DISCOVERED that Mr. Harold T. Dukes is running a "non-profit" business called: "Children's Cancer Cooperative" at the same exact address: 1341 College Park Road. Wish someone would investigate that a little further. Wonder if the non-profit is run with the same finesse as the Awful "Family Anything But Fun" Center. My original post stars here: Nothing less than criminals. My 6 year old daughter played token games between 3:15 PM and 5:00 pm, earned 251 tickets, and when we went to redeem them, the manager, Misty, took pleasure in telling us the redemption booth closed at 4:00PM. I asked why there wasn't a sign, or why no one on staff mentioned this to my little girl while they clearly saw us playing for tickets. Misty looked my daughter in the face and said she didn't care, nor was she going to walk over to the redemption booth and let her pick out a prize, nor was she going to send an employee to help us (one of the six standing around doing nothing) She enjoyed lecturing us so much she actually glowed. If someone had informed me, at any point in time, that the tickets my daughter was winning would amount to nothing, I would have stopped feeding quarters into the games. WOW WHAT A SCAM! We were with a birthday party (my son was at the party while we played the games) and Misty enjoyed telling many children (who received tokens to play games as part of the party) that it was her pleasure NOT to let them cash in their tickets. I'm surprised this is legal - but I'm guessing as a private business they can make up whatever rules they want. The rule to close the redemption ticket booth one hour before closing was clearly devised by someone missing the point.

great amusement park for kids of all ages! offers a concession stand, go carts, skating rink, arcade, merry go round, and rock climbing. great staff and quick service. cheap prices for all games and rides. conveniently located on ladson rd in summerville. Fun atmosphere inside and outside! nice place to go in any weather for any occasion!

PROS: Great establishment!
CONS: None!
