This place is on the outskirts of town and doesn't look very appealing from the outside. They are missing some classic novels I had to read for school. However, they do sometimes have a box outside of free books. If you're learning to read, that'd be a good place to get a book of your own.

Being a homeschooling parent, we are always on the prowl for used books. Dreamalot Books is a locally owned book store that has a huge stock of used books. Everything from kids simple readers to collectible books to new paperbacks and hardbacks. The owner even usually has a "free" bin out in the front of the store of books just to give away. They are ALWAYS super nice when you go in and helpful if you are looking for something in particular. She has a free lending resource room for homeschoolers. All you have to do is check out the books and return them. She also will take in paperbacks for trade. Just a nice place to shop. Parking is super easy and ample. They have excellent prices.

PROS: Great local used bookstore, great prices
CONS: none
