I have had Brian tint 6 of my vehicles in the 5 years I have lived in Fort Mill and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the work he and his family do. I can honestly say I have no complaints and have never had a problem. I have sent 5 other customers to him (mostly co-workers) and only one had an issue with a bubble under on one window that would not go away. She took it back to Brian and he re-tinted the window, no questions asked. He runs a great small business and I will be a lifetime customer.

The window tinting job at Brixan was disappointing to say the least and will have to be re-done. The owner's daughter screamed and yelled at me on the phone, gave me more attitude than a juvenile detainee, and hung up on me twice. The owner also refused to honor their 'lifetime warranty.' This father daughter duo is unprofessional, lacks customer service, does not honor their word, or take pride in their work. I hope they never have the chance to disappoint, discourage or frustrate a paying customer like this again!!!
