Stella Nova Spa Salon

The services are great. You will never be disappointed with how your hair looks after visiting this salon; however I would disagree with praising the salon's professionalism. I think there is a bit too much of an attitude with the receptionist and to be honest for someone who was a client for 5 years I am extremely easy to please and love everything that comes from this salon. Unfortunately the only time I needed something specific, after telling the receptionist what I needed my request was met with the exact opposite of what I was asking for. If it was not possible to meet my request, then please tell me right away, instead I felt that I was strung along and worse felt like she didn't even hear what I said especially when it was regarding my very important day.....my wedding! I felt disrespected. After a wonderful 5 year relationship with this salon (and all of its locations...I will admit I have visited 4 of them), it is now time to move on thanks to this experience.

My friend treated me to a day at Stella Nova for my wedding gift and I never wanted to leave. I had a manicure/pedicure, aromatherapy massage, and facial. Prices are comparable to other local spas, but the friendly and professional nature of the staff and the relaxing atmosphere made this my new favorite spa. They also have a great selection of hair and skin products that I haven't been able to find anywhere else!

PROS: It feels like you are walking on air after a massage.
CONS: Too pricey to indulge in on a regular basis
