You will never be disappointed with how your hair looks after visiting this salon; however I would disagree with praising the salon's professionalism. I think there is a bit too much of an attitude with the receptionist and to be honest for someone who was a client for 5 years I am extremely easy to please and love everything that comes from this salon. Unfortunately the only time I needed something specific, after telling the receptionist what I needed my request was met with the exact opposite of what I was asking for. If it was not possible to meet my request, then please tell me right away, instead I felt that I was strung along and worse felt like she didn't even hear what I said especially when it was regarding my very important day.....my wedding! I felt disrespected. I had a manicure/pedicure, aromatherapy massage, and facial. Prices are comparable to other local spas, but the friendly and professional nature of the staff and the relaxing atmosphere made this my new favorite spa.
