I've moved twice in two years and both times I used Two Men and a Truck. On the first move, they broke my sofa table and a solid oak entertainment center. They adequately repaired the entertainment center and paid me for the sofa table, which could not be repaired. However, they do not pay you replacement cost. They pay you what you paid for the item less depreciation. Therefore, to replace my perfectly good, well maintained sofa table, I was out $150.

Despite the mishap with the first move, like an idiot I used them again. The first time I moved I lived on the second floor of an apartment building so I wrongly assumed that it would be easier to move me from a townhome since all the heavy items were downstairs. Apparently, it wasn't. They dropped my $900 front-loading Whirlpool washer wheeling it out the doorway. Since it was cost prohibitive to repair, they again paid me purchase cost less depreciation. The washer was only 3 or 4 years old but electrical items depreciate rapidly. I had to pay $300 out of my own pocked to replace that washer.

Overall, I loved their responsiveness and their customer service but I just can't afford to keep replacing items damaged by their incompetent movers.

Pros: On time, Responsive Customer Service, Decent Repairs

Cons: Incompetent Movers, Do Not Cover Cost of Replacement
