.

Went to have 4 new tires out on my car and was told that they wheels had the incorrect lug nuts and I needed new ones. I told them to go ahead and the guy gave me a key for the new lug nuts. When they finished, I showed the key to the guy that installed the tires and he said I didn't need a key for the new lug nuts he put on. I went to the register to get the $10.00 refunded that I paid for the key and the manager told me the guy had put on the incorrect lug nuts and that I did need to key. So, I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to put on the correct lug nuts. Looked at my receipt and saw they charged me $30.00 for new TPS on all tires but never told me they were replacing them. The manager was nice and offered to refund me the $30.00, which he supposedly did (I have a receipt showing the refund) but it has been 16 days and the credit has not gone onto my charge card. I called the store and they said I would need to come in to get the refund. The day after the out on the tires, the TPS for my driver rear tire started malfunctioning. I took the car back to Discount Tire and they said all 4 TPS needs new batteries. That is strange because only one is malfunctioning and I didn't have problems with that one until they re-built the TPS. I will be getting a second opinion on that. We will take our business elsewhere next time. Too many issues and they just don't seem very knowledgeable.
