OK, it does take a while to get an appointment, and if you should have to cancel if something on your schedule comes up you may have to wait awhile for a reschedule so know that ahead of time. However, appointments made in advance have always been honored, we have never been bumped or cancelled due to their schedule and the office moves smoothly, my husband usually goes during his lunch hour (with a little extra) at work and is usually back at work including travel time in an hour and a half. We were referred here by our general practicioner when his thyroid labs came back abnormal. Once we got in they had a game plan from the start on diagnostic tests and that moved quickly. Everything was explained to us very well and they were very open to any questions we had. The treatment was effective and now he goes for check ups and labs and he is healthy. They also manage diabetics and I have heard they are pretty sucessful at getting hard to control people within ranges. Doctors and nurses are nice and helpful.

PROS: helpful staff, welcoming environment
CONS: sometimes difficult to get an appointment
