Target has plenty of parking.

Target is clean and they have bargains available. The best part of the store is the dollar bin. They carry some food items that aren't readily available at most stores and some of their candy is cheaper.

They have nice food and beverage gift sets at Christmas. The employees are friendly and checkout time is usually fast.

The Target on Rivers Ave. is a great Target. It's clean and baskets are always handy at the door (unlike Walmart). Prices are somewhat higher, but you can always check out fast and cashiers are friendly. I especially like that their "dollar spot" is right by the front door and seems to have good sale items most of the time. If you look you can find dvd's from their bargain bin for .25 cents sometimes. Hand soap, etc. When you hit them on the times the dollar spot is on sale, it ends up being cheaper than the dollar stores. They do not have a lot of grocery items but they do have the staples like eggs, milk, cheese, bread, etc. You wouldn't want to grocery shop there much because the supply is too limited and their groceries are really expensive. However, just to pick up a quick gallon of milk there is convenient. In short, this Target is clean, friendly and a fast experience. Best store of this type on Rivers Ave. for sure.

I have been to the Target on Rivers Ave in North Charleston a few times, and each time I was NOT satisfied after leaving. Honestly, I was satisfied TO leave. Their prices are way too high and they never have anything I really want. We were given a Target gift card for Christmas this past year, and we had the HARDEST time trying to figure out what to get with it because we really didnt like ANYTHING there.
