Never again. Manager was too busy to talk to us about never serving us our dinner. Charged us for salad even though they did not have our dinners.

My first time eating here and my last time. Sat and waited to be served for 15 min, when the lady brought out my steak it was undercooked, sent her back just to have the steak still undercooked. I never got a refill. And so I asked to speak with a manager. This guy came out and said basically nothing, in my personal opinion manager spots dont come often, he needs to give up his manager spot to someone else. Poor service and mangament. I will say the hostess was very active and talkative, I love that and the clean crew, he did an excellent job. Never will come back

We have always liked eating at the Mayflower. For over three years my family, friends, church, ball teams and business meetings usually end up at the Mayflower. Several time I have reserved the back room for events of this nature. My wife and my schedules are hectic at times so we usually eat out most of the time, or get something on the way home for everyone. Especially Tuesdays we get the shrimp an steak special. So its not uncommon for us to eat there at least four times a month. We have had times where food was not prepared right or an order was wrong. Even like tonight where our take out order was wrong. We have always just called back or let the know the problem, an it is taken care of. Like any other professional business would be. However tonight we had friends over for the College World Series (Carolina vs. Clemson) we decided to get something at the last minute. Everyone wanted something different for the most part. My wife wanted The Mayflower. Well she gets back with all different food, burgers, pizza and Mayflower. Game has already started and we start digging in. By now its almost 9:30pm. Her order is wrong! We call, as we have done before, the lady in charge tells us we would have to bring it back across town. Now this isn't the first time this has happened, and it wasn't that big of deal to us. But when my wife tried to explain we had just given our names in the past and they made it up on the next order. This lady became rude and stated they were closing soon and we needed to hurry up! Now I have a six year old that had already dug into his part of the meal, so we tried to explain that, again with the fact that we were clear on the other side of town. She could care less. Well now its the principle of the thing! We went back and demanded our money back. McDonalds, Burger King and shrimp Boat doesn't put you through that. Maybe this is the group or shift that gets all these other negative feedback.
And they won't compensate for gas or time we have lost tonight. Time we seldom get around here. Thanks Mayflower. Captain Steve's in Fort Mill is better for those of you that haven't tried it. You get a lot more for the money.
We won't go back. And will do my part to let others know. Bad enough it mess up our get together. What if I had a business partner in that position? This is not the way to treat any customer. Especially ones that have been so loyal.

I have been a regular customer for over 2 years, eating there at least once a month. The food was acceptable, but not the best. In this case, the manager asked me to bring in the uneaten food, which I did, and his reply was, ??there??s nothing I can do.? I politely asked for a refund and he declined to offer any refund what so ever. He lost a regular customer's business over $23.00.

I have been a regular customer for over 2 years, eating there at least once a month. The food was acceptable, but not the best. In this case, the manager asked me to bring in the uneaten food, which I did, and his reply was, ??there??s nothing I can do.? I politely asked for a refund and he declined to offer any refund what so ever. He lost a regular customer's business over $23.00.

The food was not good and the manager was arguing with a customer about eating a piece of crab leg that her sister gave her from the all u can eat. How petty and cheap can you get. They even called the police because the manager would not give the customer the order she paid for after the customer paid for it. I will never go to that restaurant again because they obviousily need business bad to argue about one crab leg. My family usually go to Captain Steves and I shall continue to go there because Mayflower Seafood is the pits!

Went there in May. Food was undercooked and steak was fatty. They gave me a coupon for a free meal. Got home and it was for a half price meal. What a joke. Really has gone down hill from when it first opened. Never see a lot of cars there. Don't know how they stay open.

Food was undercooked, I had to drive back(ordered out) not worth the money, no compensation for my time or trouble due to their poor food. I complained and they made out like they were doing me a favor. I asked for the manager and was told he was to busy to speak with me. Save your money go to a better place like mcdonalds or burger slime or even wendys. I have eaten here before a long time ago and it was the same then. I thought maybe they had improved. SOS.

The food here is okay, but not consistantly good. It may be good one time then bad the next. The service is usually pretty good. I really can't say that you get what you pay for.

Great to take a large group of people, large sitting area, Food was ok, sorta all tasted the same, Fried in the same grease taste, Great to take the kids on night were they eat free. Service was good, and the dinning area was clean.

The Mayflower is awesome! I've had there calabash shrimp and salt and pepper catfish filets...both are great! There service is awesome and the waitresses are very nice!
