We purchased a sofa & love seat less than 1 year ago. We rarely sit on the loveseat but we do sit on the sofa. You can definitely tell. The fabric has not held up at all. It looks much older than the love seat. We called Infinger & they

WhenI walked into Infinger 3 years ago...I fell in love! The selection was awesome, sales people helpful and understanding, there were choices galore. The sales and line of credit was awesome too! I opened a credit line & bought a dining room table. My intentions were to pay off the table earlier...then go purchase more furniture. I paid off the table (no interest) & went back 10 months later for a couch. The selection was endless, my custom couch was designed & next came the payment...This is when my experience went from 5 star to 1 service!

First, they could not find my account...then it was found & charged. I was given a reciept! Second...before the couch was delivered I got a letter from Well Fargo stating the account was closed. Uhm...really? I called and they informed me it was closed D2 1 year of inactivity. Oh...our bad Ms. Coleman, your right...ignore that letter. 3rd the delivery guy calls (I'm a shift worker & travel a lot) he was rude as far scheduling the delivery...I blew this off. He was one bad seed, right? At the end of the day this dude is 70% of why I WILL NEVER SHOP AT INFINGER AGAIN!

Fast forward a month after the delivery. I am in the Middle East. I receive an email from my supervisor. Infinger has been calling here al ot...hmmm I think...I've already paid 600 towards the couch ( I love that interest free & do early payoff). So I call...and the rude as* delivery guy tells me that I haven't paid for my couch. I calmly explain I have made payments and don't understand what he is saying. He informs me of the following and it is all incorrect.

1. I don't have a credit line with them...Uhm then why did u deliver the couch? Because I only paid the deposit??
2. If I opened a line a credit previously, I would have to open a NEW line of credit for every new purchase...Uhm HUH? So what is the point of the line of credit?
3. Wells Fargo never received a dime from me?? WHAT? So who did I send all that $$ too?
4. I must have closed my credit line that did not exist after purchase to avoid paying for the couch...(right...cause I'm a scumbag calling you from the Middle East to work this out...UM-K!)

I could go on & on but long story short this guy was talking out of as* with no facts. He didn't even look at my history with this company!
Luckily, less than a week later I get an e-mail from a Mrs Stien I believe. In short she states that the problem is in fact Wells Fargo. She states that Wells will not release the funds to them because WELLS closed the account mistakenly D2 non-activity. OK, cool. Thank You. We can figure this out! Then I get yet ANOTHER e-mail from the AS*HAT delivery guy. Demanding money, more accusations....are you serious? I tell him in short, go to my house & take the couch! I will have someone there to let you in...GO GET THE COUCH OR STOP CONTACTING ME I WILL DEAL WITH MRS STEIN ONLY! Arghh. Long story short I paid the other half to Infinger directly and told them could wait for Wells to release the remaining funds to me. This is the story with Wells...

Who ever charged and gave me a reciept at Infinger processed the transaction incorrectly. Furthermore, they would NOT release the funds I paid to "a non-existent/closed" account...huh? The reason was because there had to be a cycle of "non-activity" on the account before they would release funds...The activity was me regularly paying off the couch that was never charged to that card! Silly me...paying my bills automatically while deployed.

I applaud the the lady who helped me. She investigated the situation, knew I was telling the truth and attempted to assist me in resolving the situation. Unfortunatlely Mr. As*hat delivery guy put his two cents in, including telling me "he doesn't care if I ever shop there again or not". Therefore, even though they are right down the street I furnish my home from other places. Shameful really they have some beautiful high end stuff. If anyone would like to accuse me of slander or telling untruths I have the e-mails and the orders to back up my story. There are some good points about this place, but to me...the bad points are not worth the hassle. I mean seriously...this happened a year ago. The payoff happened a year ago and I still aghast at Mr. As*hat and his e-mail & conversation. This guy was THAT insulting and belittling. Between thier use of Wells Fargo, a sales person obviously screwing me over by incorrectly charging the account & no apology from her or As*hat (it's been a year...plenty of time, hello) ...nah, I'm done with that place.

Do not buy a warranty through Infinger Furniture. They will not honor it. It apparently was only for them to make more money. Buyer beware, shop around before buying from this store.

We at Infinger Furniture take pride in exceptional customer service and want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their experience in our store. Unfortunately, there are times when our hands are tied when the manufacturer feels a piece is within their factory specifications but it doesn't look or feel right to a customer. We then must make a judgement about returning or replacing that piece. In this case we went above and beyond what the manufacturer honored by returning the bed and ordering a completely new one at Infinger's expense on April 17, 2009. We strive to make our clients happy as we are attempting to do for these folks. We wish all these decisions could be made immediately, but we must wait for factory determinations and that can take some time. The new bed was delivered on May 8, 2009, along with a complimentary gift for their home, with no complaints from this customer. Hopefully the next entry from this customer will state that they have their new bed and that they are glad they gave us the opportunity to meet their expectations.

If there were an option, I wouldn't leave any stars. Infinger's delivered a broken headboard with a shoddy repair job. It's been almost two weeks and they're still giving us the runaround. They promised that they would replace the headboard. However, they don't seem to care about our broken headboard or their reputation now that they have all of our cash.

This is a really nice store with unqiue and quality furniture. Some sales associates were very helpful. I even took some fabric home and was waiting for a call for back to find out how much it was going to cost me for custom fabric and I never got a call back. It is unfortunate because I probably would have bought it.

This building used to shoddy and run-down, but it recently went through some remodelling. Now it looks really good. As for the inside, the place is huge with a good selection of furniture. They let you take fabric samples home to look over, too. If you're tired of chains like Rooms to Go, then this is probably the best in the tricounty area.
