Beaded Frog

Wow! This store has an AMAZING selection of beads. The atmosphere is upscale, but the staff was so friendly that it is easy to feel comfortable there. The music is great for that, too. They had a birthday party going on and the kids were all having such a great time, but the girl told me that they do parties for adults after hours, too. I had such a great time chatting while making earrings, I would go again and again. A note to beaders: they are very helpful and knew lots of the people coming in, but when a stranger came in who was a beader, I heard them offering help if needed, but flat out stating that they didn't want to hover, either, so I thought that was nice that they weren't like sharks trying to make you buy. I parked in the garage right behind the store on the next street, which has a walkway to main st. and it was easy! A treasure!

Heidi and the staff at the Beaded Frog are wonderful! The selection of beads and supplies is fabulous. Heidi is very supportive of our wildlife rescue and our animals give her a two paws up!!!

The Beaded Frog is a great store. If you are looking for beads and love making jewelry, this store is for you. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. They have a huge variety of beads and reasonable prices! Parking isn't bad at all, there are some spots around the corner. Also, they will give you 2 "city bucks" for garage parking if you can't find a free space! The decor in the store was great and the layout was wonderful! Check them out!

The shop is a litte hard to get to because of the awful parking downtown and the walk there isn't even worth the service that you get there. I mean they weren't out right rude or anything but it just felt a little stuffy. If you are looking for a bead shop with down-to-earth kind of people try panda's crossing in Mauldin.

If you like beading this is the place for you. Lots of helpful staff members to help you make your jewelry or fix some that may have broken or may just not be your favorite piece. They will do parties after hours. Hours are great with hours every day of the week. Owner is a pleasure to speak with and her dogs are just adorable. Only con is if you have allergies you might have problems in the store as there is dog hair on the floor.
