I was there this pas Friday and have an awesome massage and facial. They staff is very warm and friendly and they are not trying to see you the world. They have a great Christmas Special going on that every person must have for only $165.00...One Massage & Facial and a spa pedi & manicure! Great gift for everyone!

Facial was marvalous. Massage awsome. Waxing wonderful and smooth. Nails, another story. Was too rough on my feet. Thought they were going to break. Took way to long. He was on phone too much. Dropped a couple tools. Very loud. I'll get quite with everything there, but not nails. I will go to another spa for that.

This is an absolute MUST for anyone wanting to care for their skin and relax at the same time. Lynn is such a professional. You will feel as though you are the only person in their spa. Everyone needs to treat themselves to this experience on occasion.

I went to Rachael Ward around 2 months ago after i had went to the Hair Cuttery in the mall. One of the girls at Hair Cuttery had completely messed my hair up, by putting in red streaks, and chopping my hair off too short. After she had put the color in my hair she said "Oh you look like a Gamecock!" Who does that??? Anyway, after crying my eyes out for a week, a friend told me about Rachael, and said that i should at least give her a try. I went in there extremely nervous and not sure what to expect after my disaster. Well much to my surprise, this was a great experience. As soon as i walked in the door, her attention was on me and on my hair! She not only fixed my color, but she fixed my cut, and haha, this wasn't even the best part. As she was washing my hair, she did a head massage that was incredible. I almost fell asleep it was that great. Anyway, i just wanted to thank Rachael for what she did, and let others know that there is an awesome place in Rock Hill to get your hair done. And whatever you do, do not go to Hair Cuttery!
