I just got back from my third visit to Americana and won't be returning. I drive a Smart Car and on my last visit nicely asked the owner/manager for a small discount since my car is literally 1/2 the size of most cars that go through. He was pretty rude and wouldn't consider it, but I came back because I thought they had done a pretty good job in spite of them not giving a discount. This time, it took 45 minutes for my Smart Car to go through at their full price. While I was waiting another customer came in to ask that her cleaning job be finished as her husband had to leave after waiting 30 minutes for his car to get to work and they never finished the detail/wash job. I watched the manager/owner be incredibly rude to her and tell her that he would not give her a refund and only consider finishing the job if her husband came back and personally apologized for driving off after waiting 30 minutes. She was kind of stunned, explaining that he had to get to work, and ended up leaving herself. And, in the middle of their exchange the owner/manager took a phone call. Then, I was finally given back the keys to my car only to find they had not use air freshener I paid for and there were a number of spots on the interior surfaces that still weren't clean and would have come off easily with a damp cloth. There are still leaves in the window crevices as well. Not sure what took 45 minutes, but the job was pretty shoddy and after watching the way he treated his other clientele while I waited, I would say they just lost two customers for the price of one.

I've seen this a hundred times. Owners of their own business log in pretending to be customers and writing glowing reviews. I went there a half hour before they closed. They wouldn't even do their basic wash because they wanted to go home. Don't blame them except for the fact that washing cars is their JOB!!

This was my first and LAST visit to americana car wash. After reading the reviews and hearing such great things I was expecting a lavish result. I bought the diamond special, 159.99 dollars and had a coupon for 25 off... this priced it at 134 not including a 15 dollar tip! So I get back my car and BIRD MESS IS STILL ON 3 WINDOWS, MY BACK SEATS HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED AT ALL, the front compartment has not been cleaned, and just noticed this now that I am home.. the entire TRUNK WAS NOT VACUUMED OR WIPED DOWN. I drive a very small vehicle.. it is NOT difficult to clean and I waited for 4 hours ( which was fine I have all the time in the world as long as the results are spectacular which they didn't even meet par) So I complained to the manager, sales and general, and they didn't even seem the least bit concerned,I believe this is because I am a young female. So they make it up to be by giving me a 10$ car wash card.... thanks so much!NOT! because I will never take my vehicle back there again.You're better off getting someone's kid brother to wash your vehicle and detail it then have this place do it!

Pros: Do a great job, always professional, courteous, and friendly.

Cons: Takes awhile, but worth the wait for the good job done!

Have had several services done here. These folks know what they are doing, and do a fine job. Be prepared to wait, as they do take their time - but it's worth it.

They use a true "soft cloth" so it's safe for new paint cars, and their detail "pearl" service is top notch.
